Since 2018, RaY has supported 100s of young people towards success in employment through Level Up! a paid in-classroom, work experience, and case management supported program.
Being housed in a community based organization matters!
Every Level Up! participant has received supports from RaY that contribute to their success including housing, mental health, culture, and community and belonging.
Despite ongoing appeals to government and foundations, RaY is currently unable to continue the program past March 31, 2026.
Yet, we know that Winnipeggers want youth to be fully prepared to successfully enter the workforce.
